This place is AMAZING! I cannot fathom how it has 3.4 stars, totally 5 stars in my opinion. The staff—front desk AND auto detailers alike—were so kind and professional! Not to mention my car looks and smells BRAND NEW. Prior to the detail, the exterior of my car had brake dust built up on the wheels, dirt and minor scratches on the body, and filthy windows. Inside was even worse—I used to smoke in the vehicle and I transport my dog in it. They got out literally every piece of dog hair—no exaggeration—and there was ALOT! The outside of the car not only looked brand new, but someone took it upon themselves to fix my gas tank door that previously wouldn’t shut! Amazing service—they were paid to detail and FIXED my gas tank door! The fact they were able to vacuum out so much dog hair and cigarette ashes is really a miracle. I am pleased to say the least!
DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. Staff is rude. There was a green liquid all over my car after it was washed. I brought it to the attention of the person who was going to do the interior. He told me it was water. Bright green water.
Staff was friendl, face masks were worn by all and the price was competitive. But the job they did on the inside was only so so. They vacuumed the inside front and backseat but I have an SUV and they did not touch that area at all. Not sure if I will return.
Never a problem. I was happy they were open and I was able to enter without holding up traffic behind me on the street. Tipping is so important to the workers!
I use this wash regularly. I receive courteous service every time from all workers. My car is always clean, and if I ask for extra attention to be paid to something, such as a rear window they do so with No hesitation.nnTo get 5 stars from me the price would need to be lower. I get the full int and ext package@ $25. If you add a $5 tip, it is a costly wash, but I don't think the workers earn enough to leave the tip off. The wash should be $15.
