I went through the drive thru because the walk-in was not open when I went there. But the service was great and very fast even though there was nine cars in front of me it was only about a ten minute wait time. The food was hot and very tasty. Had a great root beer float. The employees were very nice and polite.

Went through drive through Friday early evening. Few cars ahead of me, but wait was short - about 6 min. Most importantly, the beef sandwiches and potato cakes were hot and fresh !! Such a sharp contrast with another Arby's a few miles away. Excellent work and very tasty! Freshness is key. :)

I guess something as simple as giving a straw with a shake it too hard for some. 2x ordered through doordash, 2x no straw. Can't leave work for a straw, so I guess I have to invest in a box of them if inorder from here again.nSimple things... Simple things
