I arrived 5min. before closing and was turned away. All i wanted was a soda and cookie. Not like there was anyone else waiting or anything. Very disapointed. Don't post a closing time if you are not going to abide by it.

I've eaten here so many times and the bewilderment continues ... this is bizarro Subway. Does anyone actually own this franchise? I have yet to order a sandwich without witnessing a total come-apart behind the counter with the sandwich 'artist' and other employees behind the counter. Wish there was another option here for a lunch less than $20.

I can confirm the negative reviews about customer service. I stopped by at 1940 and was told no hot items were available and half of the sandwich toppings weren't available.nnI understand that people want to go home, but Open means open, not half of the store! On a side note, there were at least 6 other customers treated this way.

America's friendly customer service totally disappear when you step inside of an airport. This subway might be the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The Staff was 3 teenage girls who was outside in the restaurant on their phones when we arrived. The moment they saw us they sighed, like *oh no a customer* they didn't say hi, they took our order while mumbling so whenever we asked them to speak louder they rolled their eyes and made it pretty clear we were not wanted. The moment our order was done, and we had paid, they immediately ran out in the restaurant back on their phones without saying anything. They did'nt even bother to give my mother her meal, so she had to reach over the counter to get it. After all this negative feedback it's weird nothing has been done to improve the customer service. Were this subway is a joke compared to all the other ones i've been to.
