For a place that exclaims to “Have the meets” I found it ironic when I opened my crispy chicken bacon Swiss sandwich box to discover that there was no chicken in it. As I had been through the drive through and was at this point several miles away I was not prepared to return but generally disappointed. Not the first time this particular Arby’s had screwed up an order of mine.
This place is fine but I have been there multiple times and I keep seeing the same person there not wearing a mask, even though the county and state are requiring it. She also made it a point to lean out of the take out window and get as close as she could. Lost my appetite, didn't even wind up eating the food.
I was very disappointed with the quality of the fish sandwich. It tasted like it was made hours prior to purchasing and sat in the warmer till it was not the least bit hot or crispy. I should have demanded a refund
I don't like eating in the car. I know safty first food was great service was also great. Outside could use a good cleanup around the perimeter
Fish sandwich was good, even if it was a little messy to eat. Sweet potato waffle fries smelled and tasted like the frying oil was starting to go bad, (husband ate them anyway)......
