Kayla colored and cut my hair a couple weeks ago, which I'm loving. Today she tinted and waxed my eyebrows, Iove them so much I'm going back in 6 weeks

I am not one for reviews typically, but I can’t let this one go. If I could do 0 stars, I would. I had the worst experience of my life here with one of the new salon girls, Kayla. I had already bleached hair, and I knew exactly what I wanted. After over 6 hours, the girl left me with the worst hair I’ve ever seen. It was still dripping wet, but it was horrible. Pinterest fail orange bad with the most uneven roots. She still made me pay and told me “sorry, I am out of practice.” Kayla wanted to fix it in a few days, and I told her I’d let her know. If I could post pictures I would. I was going to let it go, and I didn’t respond to Kayla’s texts since I didn’t want to get angry at her. When I finally let her know that I was going to fix it another way, I received very unprofessional texts. I was called a “scared little b— for not telling her sooner when it was her that messed up my hair as well as being called a b— a few more times by her. I have screenshots, just cannot post them here. I am disgusted by how I was treated as a client, both with the job that was done, and how I was treated. Never going there again. I am appalled.
