Good service but food was mediocre

Food is always good but I recommend you avoid this location. Always take at least an hour to get your food then it’s good, but recently for Covid they have had tents for “outside seating” that are completely closed off and tiny making it worse than sitting inside this place. My husband is immune compromised and we wanted to go here for dinner but we had to do take out. They forgot my zucchini fries but other than that decent night out.

After leaving Hershey Park. My family and I stopped here on our way home. Once the food came out. Everyone’s food was cold. I sent my food back because it once wrong. My daughters hamburger roll was hard and she didn’t like it. My sons broccoli was like rubber and burnt. My sisters food was cold. $50 for what. The table tablet didn’t even work, the kids were bored. Service was slow. We were too hungry to send everything back.

I have a disabled child that will only eat pizza. I called to see if this location had pizza. I explained why I needed the pizza. The lady working assured me there was pizza. We drove 15 minutes to get here. We wait to be seated. The server informs us there is no pizza. I had a screaming child and our whole family was starving and we had to go somewhere else. It was very stressful and they didn't even apologize.

We went on a Sunday afternoon. We were able to get seated immediately. Our server was fast, but did seem to be at the end of his shift as he came off as unfriendly at times. However, he did give us everything we ordered. The food tasted good. I had the turkey BLT on a croissant and sweet potato fries. Fries are bottomless which is great. I deducted stars for the food because I had severe stomach pain and cramping after eating it. Servers all wore masks and there were social distancing measures put into place.
