Mimi is the most unprofessional stylist I have ever gone to instead of fixing her mistakes she started to attack me saying I was using attitude. All I wanted was for her to fix the damage she did to my clothing and she denied it although we both know she did it. I went on to contact her where she not only called me unprofessional and said I was having attitude but she also said I was threatening her when I said I wanted to file a complaint. Honestly so disappointing since I was recommended to go to her. I definitely don’t recommend if you want a good customer service experience and professional visit.nnInstead of trying to help the situation she started just ignoring what I was saying and responded with “haha” honestly so rude and unprofessional.
See her stuff on insta & had to let everyone know how orange every bodies toner is. As a licensed stylist I would not recommend too many girls coming to me after she messes them up
Such a childish owner and stylist. If you tell her to fix something she did wrong she’ll get defensive and make excuses for it and try to say it was your fault and not hers. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
