Overall this a great car wash. The app has worked correctly at least 8 out of 10. If it didn't, contact support via email and they take care of you usually the same day. Maybe I'm just petty but the timer for the air dry isn't syncd with the light to go forward so I'm losing 5 to 7 seconds of my dry time.
This is a great quick wash just off the 83 exit. I've used it twice so far. Not bad.
I stopped here this morning on my way to work, to get my car washed in the automatic wash. I feel very claustrophobic with I’m in there alone and both garage doors shut. I was lucky to find a sweet young lady that looked like a regular there. I asked her about the doors and she said they only shut when the weather is below 40°. Of course since it was already 76°, I knew I would be ok!! Lol. I thanked her and asked her name, she said she was Jaime and she worked there. She was checking the stalls and she let me go ahead of her. She sat in her vehicle behind me, through the entire wash. Just knowing she was there, was very comforting! She literally went above and beyond to inform me and make me feel comfortable. All business’s need dedicated, personable, informative employees like JAIME!!! I will recommend Anderson’s to all of my friends and relatives, because of the way I was treated by Jaime and of course, the awesome job the wash did on my car!!!
