Well with COVID19 and mask I think we were seated to close together... but oh wear a mask to go sit beside some other table. I am from Pittsburgh area so maybe this is normal here. Our waiter was good helped me with questions I had. The food was good. Just took some time getting help at the end trying to get a printed receipt. The table kiosks wasn't working correctly. But will go back again.

The burgers are great and what I expect when I visit a red robin. the service is also good with friendly staff. The only concern I have, and this applies to many other locations, is the bottomless fries seems a little skimpy. It may be because of perception, or the reality that people don't actually eat all the bottomless fries. they still tasted the same though.

What happened?! Red Robin used to be a fine establishment to sit down and eat. No longer are the days of eating a decent burger in a sit down restaurant. Service was bleak to say the best. Food was not at all up to par(ordered chicken salad). There were so many people walking around and the place was not busy and we only seen our waitress 3 times, when ordering food, when food was brought out and when the check was to be paid. Definitely WILL NOT be returning to Red Robin.

My husband and I were told they would t seat us without a mask, both of us have medical conditions that we are not required to wear a mask. I feel we were singled out. I asked the hostess if they had any masks for us to us and she refused to go look. My husband said we were never coming back and she said “okay good.” That is no way to treat a customer in my opinion. I’m very disappointed in the way we were treated. If I could put no stars I would.nI’m not frustrated with the mask policy, I understand why you have it in place. I’m frustrated with the way your employee treated us, we were both willing to put masks on, but she refused to go look.

Dining in here is pretty good, but take out is disappointing. The fries were like cardboard and either tasted like they’d been sitting out all day or reheated. We got there exactly when it said the order would be ready and only live 5 minutes away so it’s obvious they were served cold already.
