Horrible customers service and very unprofessional the Lady at the drive thru kept cutting you off and didnt even get your sides when you get to the Windows the guy Playing music were he cant even hear you and when you tell him about it he gets very smart and never corrects the order. Asked for the manger they refused. 5 employees outside Smoking and screwing around including the manger. Pulled up told the manger gave him food and just want my money back. Then he brings out thenThe employee who just Was hostle. This has been the most worst experience of my life . The manger finally bought me out Cash instead of refunding my card as a veteran. Very sad
I ordered long John's chicken plates got fish and no fork for my side it took forever and the stuff looked like it was cooked in two week old oil
