Terrible - Janet was my agent, talks a good game but doesn't follow through. I'd tell her I wanted to see certain homes, by the time she got back to me they already had offers on them. Told me at one point I should drive over there before I contact her about looking at the house, what kind of agent does that? I kept asking about New Construction developments in Yakima County, he said there were none so I had to find them by myself. Starting using an agent from another agency, I would send request to both of them at the same time, the other agent had appts set up before Janet called me back. The other agent also called some New Construction developments she knew were going to start selling homes soon. I asked both agents to questions about a bare piece of land, Janet never answered my question the other agent called the listing agent and got all my questions answered, now that's going above and beyond. Needless to say I used the other agent to purchase my home.
