We have worked with Wayne multiple times over the years for real estate advice. Wayne loves to be helpful to anyone, whether they choose him as their realtor or not. He simply wants people to be informed and make good decisions that meet their needs. He is also thorough and seems to revel in the details to ensure everything has been covered. He's also well networked, so he's helpful with offering resources like financing, inspecting, home repair and anything else that may come up. - I think it's great that he can speak Spanish fluently which broadens the opportunity to help a wide range of clients. - And, he's humble, knows how to admit a mistake, and just a lot of fun to work with.

Drew Harris genuinely cared about finding the perfect house for me. He was very responsive and knowledgeable to all the questions I asked. He made the experience of finding a house memorable. It was a lot of fun and surprisingly easy with all the help he provided. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family members.

Alice is excellent to work with! Several years ago she helped us purchase our first home in Yakima and went above and beyond, helping us walk through the process of buying our first home, even when we were across the country. We were very happy with the negotiation process and the home. This year we were ready to buy a bigger home for our family, and she helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and was very honest with us about what was realistic and what to expect. She knows the area incredibly well. She is exceptionally responsive and was gracious to work around our crazy schedule of work and kids. And she checked in on us after we moved and helped us follow up on some things we had forgotten about the house by the time we moved in. Besides being an excellent realtor she is a lovely person and is involved in the community and truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work.
