My family and I would, and have, recommend Berkshire Hathaway if you have a real estate need. We cannot say enough about Sasha Murphy and her genuine care for people. She sold our home and helped us purchase property for our forever home in Dec, 2018. Since then, she has been tremendous help to us and reached out multiple times. Im odulias husband and I've been looking for some property for a while now and I just got to say that Mr. Douglas Beskow is one of the ultimate best realtors I've worked with. Mr. Beskow was available at any time I was available stopped what he was doing on his weekend off and attended to my interest even at last minute. Great guy really profesional and curtious.nI know who to recomend when ever anyone of my friends and family are looking for real estate Mr. Douglas Beskow.

My family used Heather at Berkshire Hathaway to help in the sale and purchase of our home. She knew absolutely nothing about the property could not even tell us where the garbage disposal was let alone anything of any REAL importance, which is what you need when choosing a realtor. Someone who knows about closing dates, costs all of the major details when buying and selling a home. Every time we spoke to her she made us feel like her time was too valuable to help us, and never went out of her way to do anything to make the process easier. If you are going to pay someone to assist you in the sale and purchase of your home please make sure they know about contracts and costs and all of the details they are supposed to be aware of. Our sale went fine but it was not because of her.

My husband and I had the great fortune to work with Bob Traner on our recent home purchase. We had only a limited time to look at properties as we were from out of town. Bob went above and beyond to find out what we wanted and to research homes that fit our budget and needs. When we arrived in Yakima he was ready with a list of homes and comparisons all printed out for us and on a power point and then drove us around to see them! When we finally decided on a home, Bob represented us well and managed everything from inspections to repairs. He truly is great to work with and has our highest recommendation!
