We rented from Landmark Management for a year. As you all know it can be stressful moving. Especially when you’ve never been to the area you are moving to and when you are moving from out of state. Management made the arrangements and waited a month for us to move in. Larry was very professional, helpful and patient with my in-laws since they’re the ones that went to see the unit for us. My in-laws live 3 hours from Yakima. Larry was very cooperative, patient and flexible with us over the phone and with my in-laws in programming appointment times to view the apartments. When we arrived to Yakima, signing all of the paperwork went very smooth with Larry, which we appreciate because we were exhausted from driving about 26 hours. Amy was very patient and kind in helping us out over the phone when we filled out the application on-line since we are not very computer savvy. She is always very helpful with any questions we may have. When the COVID-19 pandemic started and I lost my job she was very informative with questions we had. Clayton was also very kind and prompt in arranging for things to get fixed. Any issues that came up during our stay were fixed promptly. Thank you Landmark Management Team for EVERYTHING!

I have truly enjoyed my rental experience with Landmark. Amy in the office is always so helpful and sweet! Amelio and Clayton are epic in fixing every situation that comes their way! I would definitely recommend their fabulous rental services if you are in Yakima!

Grateful for Landmark and the services they have provided for my family and me. We have had friendly, and fast help with any issues we have had. There are genuine people working behind this business, and I get the feeling of true care and concern for my needs. Happy that my rental is in their care.

There were a few issues while renting that I let slide. But the biggest issue was after moving out. We’ve been charged for damage that was there before we moved in WITH PROOF! I’ve been trying to contact them for months now and they refuse to respond. So if you do rent expect to get screwed when you move out.nnI find it hilarious that you’ll reply to this within hours and yet for months I’ve emailed and called and no one will reply. All I get from Amy is that she forwards my messages along. Why couldn’t I have gotten a call back in September when my husband and I both called the first times? It’s been two months of me trying to reach someone and I’ve been ignored every time. I was told, and have written proof, that the damages were included in why we did not receive a single cent back. So if that’s no longer the case we are due a refund of our deposit. At least a partial refund. And I’ve asked for months for the breakdown showing how these charges were accumulated and have never received anything.
