I called a little after 6 am and Marcus answered promptly. He was friendly and personable on the phone and in person, as well as was Robert. They both knew what they were doing and were very knowledgeable. They fixed the issue quickly and professionally and the was price was what he quoted me. I would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing/septic services.

I have tried only 2 plumber companies out here in town and 24 Rooter Yakima has shown us nothing but great costumer service. One of the companies Plumbers always answers the phone even at 6am and always finds the time to make it out the same day. He has given us a lot of helpful tips on how to take care of old pipes and septic tanks. I would highly recommend 24 Rooter Yakima.

This is the second time I have worked with 24 hour rooter. Each time they have been timely and professional. Both times I have learned tips and tricks to better take care of my plumbing!

Marcus (the owner) was great, he explains all to a detail of what he's going to do. Him and his assistant Robert worked on my plugged shower and got it fixed, also put a shut off valve cause the one I have is old, really good plumbers and friendly, I would recommend them. Marcus came out to work on my laundry and sink drains that were backed up, a problem I had exactly a year ago and I thought was fixed by another company. Not only was he able to fix the problems I had (and explained to me why they were problems in the first place), he was very informative and shared with me different tips to help maintain my drains better. I will definitely use him again if I run into a different problem in the future!
