Big shout out to this company, they truly saved our sanity. What must have started out as a tiny leak in our main water line that Nob Hill didn't notice for 2 weeks turned into a gusher on a Sunday morning. (1100 gal/hour per Nob Hill) Had it turned off and early Monday started in to find a plumber who could take on the whole job. Several calls found many who wouldn't do the digging or couldn't make it. Shephard was the only one to come out for an estimate that day. (Another said they would come but never showed and had to be called)nnWayne and his tech showed up, checked out the situation and got the emergency locate going so he could give us a proper estimate the next day. The company took our situation being without water very seriously and worked with us getting a fair price and were able to start the job the next day. They showed up with a double crew (lots of hand digging had to be done around gas/power/cable lines). They wanted us to get the water back that day, but didn't know if inspection and dirt replacement would be done till next.nnThe crew showed up on time, were quick, professional and got the job done in time to get inspector out the same day and then did a wonderful job backfilling and getting the sod they removed put back. We are so grateful for the promptness, good advice and final look of our yard.nnIn times when you don't know what companies will be able to do the job, these guys came through. We will be using this company for any future plumbing and are happy to be supporting this business.

The whole team from Shepherd was wonderful. They did what they said they would do and stayed on schedule. They were very polite and explained things to me in terms I could understand. I will definitely hire them for any future projects.
