Really quick and fast! Never had such an amazing customer service in a while!!! If there would be a 10 pointer, they'd get all 11 from me! Good job yall, keep it going well. The girl and the guy working are a great team. Respect to you guys! Keep up the good work!

Very bad customer service. Ordered a sub online through door dash. They messed up my order. And the sub was all messy, and the bread was old... not even the right one I asked for. I called in and the lady was very rude which I didn’t understand because I was pretty nice with her. I asked for another sub for later that day. And she didn’t seem too happy about it. Overall the service is not even rate able ... thank you guys.. for the top notch service

Our server was fantastic! Emily was on point, polite, and cool under pressure. She was the only one working and maintained fanstic composure and was as speedy as one could expect from someone on her own with 10 other people on the store. She had our order, a large family order, and 5 other people at once at 2:45 on a sturday afternoon. She handled herself extreamly well. Well done Emily!!!!

Awful service. Guy and girl working in there, both moving slow as molasses. The girl has a snotty nose and is visibly sick - the guy tells her to go sit down, he'll make the subs, but she refuses. Then he drops his gloves on the floor. Then I asked for a turkey/bacon/avocado wrap. The girl proceeds to make a ham/bacon wrap with no avocado and then rings it up as a ham wrap and tries to charge me extra for the bacon. Essentially, she has no idea what she's doing and should have called out sick. I mentioned that I asked for a turkey/bacon/avocado wrap and instead of apologizing and offering to make a new one, the rude girl mumbles some stuff under her breath. If I hadn't been with my girlfriend at the time, I would have just walked out. Whoever manages this place is doing a terrible job!

Working at a jobsite nearby and staying at the hotel next door six days a week. Been coming here for dinner before going back to the hotel and the staff is always very friendly and an absolute delight to see. It's wonderful coming in every day and being treated like a priority in a proper manner but also being able to talk with the employees and have a personal connection. Hoping I get more jobsites around here so I can keep on coming back
