This was my first time at this store and just thought I will give a good review of how tolerant the lady working there was. I hear a customer ahead of me speaking very rude to her after she ask that customer PLEASE wear her mask right. I see that customer sent a bad review and I disagree with that customers version of what happened. I was there. The worker was very nice. Knew where everything I was looking for was at and helped me a lot. I will shop there again. Thank you.
I just went here for a couple screws and the woman with dreadlocks that was working there was very unwelcoming and told us she would not wait on us until my mask was pulled up a tiny bit over my nose completely. Terrible customer service she had no idea what she was talking about do not go to the store, you are better off going a couple minutes extra to a Home Depot or a Lowe’s. If I could give this zero stars I would.
When it comes to hardware this place has everything you could possibly need. I've never been let down yet. They also have just about any size belt you could imagine. A lot of people complain about the new old stock. But it doesnt bother me. It's just a little mom and pop hardware store... it's not Lowe's people. Give um a break.
Stan and all his people take good care of me everytime I go there.
Central hardware lawn and garden of Enola has helped me with all of my house projects. The ladies who run the register always seem to be very helpful and know what they're talking about. Overall I always get what I'm looking for with few exceptions.
