Didn’t even end up ordering, sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes and no one even acknowledged that we were sitting there no “ welcome to subway, I will be with you in a moment”... nothing . I drove around again to see if they were for sure open even though it was 1:45 pm on a Saturday afternoon. I then proceeded to sit in the drive thru for another 10 minutes and still no acknowledgement from anyone inside. I gave up and went home. This is not the first time that I have had to wait for long period of time at this subway and it’s always the The same situation - no one else in the drive thru and 2 cars in the parking lot and can’t get timely , if any service.

I have ordered from this subway many times and normally my experience is good. But this time when i ordered from the app and picked my subs up to bring them home, everything was wrong with them. I ordered a turkey footlong with provolone cheese, lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, onions and light on the mayo on Italian herb and cheese toasted and my husband ordered the spicy Italian with American cheese, parmesan cheese and black pepper on Italian herb and cheese toasted. Either of the subs were toasted, they were both on Italian bread instead of the herb and cheese, either sub had cheese on them and there was hardly any parmesan cheese on my husbands sub. We were both very disappointed.
