Went in to buy some oil, and the staff were so kind and polite. Super great customer service, and made you feel like you were the only customer in the store. Their attention to listening was impeccable, and they truly worked as a team together. I was in a hurry on a Saturday mornings and the staff were super helpful, and recommended products i didn't think about, and worked perfect for the project i was doing.nThe check out was even better. Once i was ready to pay, the associate was very kind, and cheerful. Something you don't see often anymore. It felt like a place you wanted to hang out at, and just talk with good friends over a cup of coffee. Im sure if they had a seating area, it would be packed. Super great local store i will be spending my money at often. Thank you Roy's Ace Hardware, your truly a rarity in business now days, keep up the great work, your Awesome!. . .

Just filed a case with corporate upon my visit with Eugene and Ryann. My lawyer is involved getting this visit resolved. The manager Eugene is not professional. The lady Ryann was doing as her manager was informing her. My god bless these souls from what my lawyer is about to place on this establishment and location.

Well stocked. Very friendly helpful staff. I was looking for a faucet that needed to replace a broken one from a claw foot tub. After looking around we found one! Figured it must have been on the back of the shelf for decades. Thanks for the help.
