I wouldn’t recommend Helms True Value for your shrubs or trees. Purchased a tree about 3 months ago & saw a gradual decrease in health & eventually death. I pulled the tree & took it into Helms with receipt in hand for either a replacement or refund only to be responded with “We don’t take trees or shrubs back as we don’t know how the customer took care of it.” Why would I spend the time/money/energy into purchasing a tree, planting it, & tending to it only to have to dig it up & return?nI know other places like Home Depot, Lowe’s, & Costco have a 1yr guarantee on the trees & shrubs. So I recommend going to those other businesses as they honor & back the products they sell!

Helms True Value Hardware is a wonderful full service hardware storenwith the stock that reminds me of the good old hardware store that I remember from when I went to the store with my dad many years ago. But it has all the stock needed in our world today. Thank you for providing such a good shopping experience and for bringing a smile to my face. AND- thank you for being aware of the Covid 19 pandemic.

And it was a little pricey but I was able to find the right parts on a Sunday holiday weekend and covid-19
