I’m visiting the area for the holiday. Got my truck washed. Had a few issues went back next day and Larry the manager took good care of me and made things right! Not many businesses out there that are honest and good anymore. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Convenient location. Relatively easy access and reasonable pricing. Enjoyable employees. Couple of things though...I miss when they would open your doors and wipe down the door jams. They don't do this any longer, probably due to the current pandemic. Second things I've noticed is the frequency of them needing to coax the equipment into working. I've often seen them needing to wrench something to get the cars moving along the wash line. Even with those 'problems' I still view this as a very good car wash and have no qualms about taking my vehicles there.
My suv was very dirty and was thoroughly cleaned first time through the car wash. I was very happy to see they have vacuums and they work extremely well lots of power and to top it off they gave me packets of wipes to clean the inside of my vehicle very happy customer great customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone for a good quality car wash and great customer service!
Fast and friendly! Good wash but some parts of my car were still dirty. That's my fault for living on a dirt road though :)
Elephant car wash does an excellent job. After the wash, they dry the vehicle. Shiny shiny truck!
