Made a 10am apt 30 hours before the apt. Got there at 10 am waited in cold pedicure water for 40 mins dried my own feet and left. I wish they would have told me they do not honor appointments. Very sad cause they do a great job but horrible with client management
Finally a place where they take their time to do pedicures, they dont gossip while you're there. Just nice mellow nail techs.
We got what we paid for. The nail ladies wouldnt talk to me or look me in the eye though. Weren't super friendly either. But $15 for a shellac is hard to beat.
I am here at 9:26am on a Saturday when they should be open! And they are not!!! The hours on their door say Mon-Sat 9:00-7:00. And as I'm typing this the lady pulls up to open.
