The facial from Dana was amazing, invigorating & relaxing. Dana's knowledge of skin care is so amazing & helpful. I will definitely be purchasing more facials with her. Thank you for an amazing hour of pampering Dana.

Atmosphere is wonderful. People are nice. Services enjoyable and worth the price. The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars is the high price of their hair products, a little out of my price range.

Greeted with a smiling face and few drinks to choose from is a nice way to start the journey. Positive vibes and kind people make this place even better than it already is. Andy is a true gem and Dash is a welcome addition to the spot. Mack is a hair cutting goddess, and makes me look like I’m a movie star! To have a stylist listen to you, then take the time needed - using her years of expertise - to give you a better version than you imagined your look would be was an enjoyable and rewarding experience. Thia, while creating my vision, was fun to chat with, considerate and professional; within the first 15 minutes, I felt comfortable and in good hands. I'll be back, Thia! Thank you.

I came in with too long and damaged hair I have a hard time keeping up, Aislinn was so encouraging about making a change and really understood me as a low maintenance hair girl. My color is now beautiful and natural, helping me space out my appointments, and my cut is shorter than I thought I was going to go but so much healthier! I needed a change and I even bought some good product for once to keep it like this as long as possible. Thank you for the fantastic first time experience, I am definitely going back!nnUpdate 2/12/19, I have gone back for a small touch up gloss so far in December, and another appointment this next week for a cut and coloring due to grow out as expected. I am definitely impressed and continue to be a client of Studio 16, everyone is so accommodating and sweet!
