Came by since I had an appt at 10am.. nobody showed up until they 10:20am... when I went up to the door the owner wasn’t even there yet and she was the one with the key. My hair dresser asked me how long I had been waiting and I told him before 10am and he said “ok” didn’t even apologize for wasting my time. Went in and before he can do anything I asked for the price Again since and he didn’t want to give me a set price he said he didn’t know but I told him I cant just pay any money he decides to charge me at the end so he told me he would charge me almost $200 - keep in mind I only want the middle of my hair lightened to match my tips... I told him I can’t do that amount which is why I told him to give me a price prior when scheduling to avoid wasting anyone’s time and he told me I would lose my deposit (even though he was 20mins late). I am completely disappointed. I will not be returning to this salon ever again. Also the way they talk to people is very demeaning. At this point my deposit was free money wasted..
A friend introduced me to Judy like 6 yrs ago got my eye brows done. Haven't ever been anywhere else since then. Always so nice and peaceful
First time and loved the outcome, my experience and hair a total 100! The employees most of all the owner Judy. Great team.
Judy is amazing, she takes her time so everything looks amazing! Her prices are very reasonable and everyone I know loves how she does eyebrows!! She is the only place I go to get my brows and hair done. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! ❤ufe0f
