Kara and the entire staff at A la Mode Spa and Salon are hands down one of not only the best in town, but in the United States!!!! I have been to many salons and they do not even compare to the customer service and excellent services provided by the salon. I have tried almost all the services and I have never had a bad experience. They all go above and beyond every time to make me feel comfortable and special. I 100% give them the highest review in everything from customer care to services to the products they sell. If you have not visited A la Mode Spa and Salon I strongly suggest you do!!!!

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience dealing with the manager. I had a cut and balayage service last week, and the color didn’t process evenly. It’s patchy and the crown of my head has no color at all. My stylist told me to schedule another appointment and she’s make it right. I let her know I’d be bringing my kids, and she said that wasn’t an issue. I get to my appointment today only to be turned away by the manager because kids aren’t allowed unless they’re receiving some sort of service. I was told by the stylist again I could come in on Monday when no other stylists would be there and the kids could come with since the salon part would be empty. I get a phone call shortly after explaining I can’t come in with my kids and can just reschedule for some other time. I’m also advised by the manager that it’s my responsibility to find childcare and it’s not her problem that my color didn’t process as expected. I requested a partial refund for my inconveniences since I’ve already paid over $200 to get nothing close to what I asked and shouldn’t have to pay for another service. I also agreed to come back next week and shift things around in my own schedule to make sure I have childcare. The manager simply refused to do anything for me and said I shouldn’t come back to their salon because obviously I won’t be happy with anything even though she’s trying to help me. Her only help, was Moving a couple appointments around to squeeze me in Wednesday evening but i still have to pay for another color treatment. She was unprofessional, rude, and overall unpleasant and not at all willing to help. Definitely not going back..

Had a facial and have done my hair here before. It was amazing. So much better than what I expected! Hot towels, a little bit if a massage during the facial. My skin felt sooooo soft! Loved every minute of it. Thank you Karla!

I love this place! I have got massages, hydra facials and spray tans here and am always happy when I leave! Everyone is very welcoming!!
