Always the best. I have never left feeling that I didn't love my cut. Today I had them fix a hair cut that I got at supercuts last Monday. I left that place on Monday looking like I had floppy poodle ears. I should have known better than to attempt to save a few dollars. Their rates honestly are not that much more than supercuts, but their knowledge and quality of work are beyond standard. These guys are professionals!!!!

I came in after booking a haircut online sat down waited a few minutes heavier set lady with short hair comes and lets out an “I’m annoyed your here sigh” and asks if she can help me. Im almost hesitant to tell her That I am here for a haircut. Let her know my name She turns to her computer screen as she rolls her eyes. she then looks back at me and says I can’t do it shaking her head. frustrated She tells me I have to come back because there is someone coming in before me. She points at her screen mind you that person on the screen is me. I tell her I made an appointment online and she says well oh wait yes that’s you but I can’t do it there are 2 people in front of you. Turns back and walks to the client she was working on. Never will I ever step foot into this salon ever again. Would not recommend even to my worst enemy definitely the worst customer service I’ve ever received. No smile no nice welcome and worthless waste of my time.

Ask for Vanessa!! Truly the best hairstylist in town. She’s a great conversationalist & will always leave you with a smile. I highly recommend!!!
