When I came in the first thing I did was go to the front counter and asked a young man to have someone make a key for me, he said not a problem and told me to go back to the key machine and someone would meet me there. I must point out that I was the only customer in the store at the time. After waiting several minutes I realized no one was coming so I put my key back on my ring and left. I did let the young man at the front counter know that no one ever did come back to make my key, he never even apologized.
Great selection on paints. It never is too busy, and the employees are always polite and helpful.
This place has everything you need from a small town hardware store and the service is wonderful the staff is so friendly that I end up staying longer than I intended to
My outside faucet was leaking badly. I got help from a very nice gentleman who really knew his stuff. He quickly found the repair kit I needed and even removed the old seal and broken screw and assembled the whole thing for me, so all I had to do was go home and slide it right in. Problem solved!
Exchanged some beveled washers for regular ones. Easy. Very nice young man helped me.
