If you are planning on using Holly, do not. Everything stated in previous bad reviews is 100% correct. Unprofessional and impossible to get into contact with. When something does not go her way she will find any reason to blame circumstances or individual but herself. She seems very money hungry and doesn’t seem to care about your families best interest, she is just interested in her own needs.

Holly did a wonderful job helping us find a great home and negotiating a fair price. She didn't show us houses that were out of budget or that didn't meet our needs. She was always available by phone and her office staff was very friendly.

I've worked with Holly for many years, she sells a lot of real estate and always has her clients best interest in mind.

As a few other one star ratings have stated, rude manner and unprofessional behavior needs to be addressed. not responding in a timely manner, and providing misinformation on important issues wastes everyone’s time. I’m sure she will be responding to this review soon as she cannot take criticism. Perhaps she will deflect and blame others.

Horrible experience with this business. Anytime we needed paperwork done or had questions or something came up, the real estate agent would blame other people for the faults or make it into a crisis when it wasn't a huge deal. We worked with her on a home where there should not have been any problems and were made promises and had done work out of pocket to rectify items that the appraiser had called out, and suddenly we got the house bought out from under us. Our loan agent could not get ahold of her when she needed and after this experience, we bought our next house with another realtor who she threatened and demanded the realtor fee from even though she hadn't been involved at any point in the buying process for the house. I never recommend working with this agent or her company again.
