I did an order pickup through the app. When I arrived at the store and parked in the order pickup spots, I tried to call the posted number but it was busy, however an employee came out and asked for my name and then brought my food out! The order was correct, hot and very good. The app ordering process was very smooth.

and I have attended this place on several occasions and on occasions they tell me that there is not what I am asking for. I went today 10/23/2020 at 8.50pm, I asked for a tacco party pack and the staff tells me they don't have it available. But the point here is that they just don't want to do their job when they are in large quantities. eye happened to me on 2 occasions. They should have a more qualified staff who really want to work.

Went to the drive thru to pick up an online order (I’ve never done this before so didnt realize the parking lot signs) however I waited in the drive thru for five minutes no response pulled up to the window continued to wait so I eventually called, I got the rudest response, my food thrown at me and the lady walked away but it gets worse! I then had to wait for someone else to come over because It wasn’t even my order so I say my name on the order and they said we don’t have that so I showed the receipt and they cursed away about a pick order and told me to pull up front I then waited 10 more minutes for my food. I am appalled I have never encounter such rude people/service and I’ve worked in the industry.
