Safari Grill

I have gone there a few times and enjoyed it both times. Great food and reasonable rates. Overall very surprising. Had not had "African Cuisine" before and was a bit intrigued by it all. Was very impressed. Definitely will go back! The new place on Central is a lot bigger and has more room.

Come support this incredible restaurant, serving amazingly flavorful dishes from Africa, India and New Mexico! I got to try the Chicken Chuku Chuku, which was a delicious brothy and deeply flavorful curry soup; We also tried the vegetarian Safari Bowl, which came with slow cooked veggies, a bed of spiced rice pilaf and a side of curry corn plus side of tamarind sauce and chutney. The curry corn was unlike anything my partner has tried before! We will definitely be going back, everything tastes homemade and made from the heart. It is so great to find a restaurant that cooks like this and makes you feel so good!

This is by far the BEST food I have EVER eaten. The staff was SO amazing and attentive. We tried three things on the menu and all three were amazing. Thank you, Dr. B!!! 10/10 recommend.
