Food is still good. But the wait walk in or online was still about 25 minutes. Ordering online saved no line still had long wait
I visited this location recently. Upon entering the establishment a young lady by the name of Taliyah was on the register taking orders. When it was my turn to order I was immediately caught off guard by her extremely rude disposition. She look as though she didn't care to be there. I provided her with my order to which she was uninterested in taking. While patiently waiting for my order to be prepared I decided to look at my receipt and to no surprise at all it was completely wrong. I then asked a cook by the name of Keith about the incorrect order which he offered to prepare the correct order. He is the type of employee that should represent the establishment. He was kind and extremely courteous. I will not return to this location but Keith deserves a raise.
I appreciate that they let me eat in their restaurant food from another restaurant.
Completely understaffed. Was served a milkshake that was basically water in consistency.... And was told that's how the machine is making them today. Completely unacceptable for an overpriced burger restaurant.
Made to order burgers and fries. Cajun fries are a welcome change. Every Five Guys I've been to has been great.
