My time with The Hills has been awesome!nThis property has an amazing walking trail that I use often. My favorite thing about The Hills is how pet friendly it is and how much they really care about their residents. The events here are well thought out and so fun to attend. I couldn't ask for a better community!

The best student housing in Pullman. The amenities and clubhouse area are great features. Study lounges, fitness centers, and an amazing pool are just some of them. Their website is just a small glimpse into this fantastic community. Each apartment is finished with great detail and far better quality than other student housing communities in the area. The shuttle service for students is a convenient feature to have on property. Staff has been wonderful and very attentive to their resident's concerns and requests

Current resident at the Hills and I have never experienced such a level of buffoonery . I’m not sure which is worse, a frat house or the hills. Not only did our dishwasher IMPLODE the first time we used it and flooded our kitchen, management told us it was not an emergency. Following this, our guest bathroom wouldn’t flush for the first 2 months living here. And to top it off we have severe water damage in 2 of the bedrooms and my ceiling leaks. The “I just work here” attitude did not pass the vibe check and this is my strongly worded yelp review.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Apartments are cheap and have many issues and if you try to contact maintenance to fix it it’ll take them month to get back to you. Management is unprofessional, they never answer the phone or answer emails. Do not live here

I’m a current resident. Management and overall organization of this place is horrible. Unit was damaged and dirty. Huge lack of communication and responsiveness. They take no responsibility for their mistakes and are extremely rude overall. I would not recommend to anyone. Ever.
