My son signed their lease docs prior to WSU opting to remain closed due to Covid. Never got keys or set foot in the apartment and they charged him $3500 to terminate his lease.

The management is decent at best. Extremely slow response times to fixing anything. Apartments themselves are good quality for what you're paying, unless you care about the kitchen.

Decently priced, nice apartments. The staff is really nice and responsive to calls (like helping me put my closet door back on its runners after it just fell off on me). The apartment itself seems to have been somewhat hastily/cheaply made (see closet door above), but I honestly can't complain for the price and the kindness of the staff. Also, all of the kitchen appliances are new/in good shape, so that's a major plus for me!

This is your basic college town apartment. Clean campus, quiet for the most part with adequate parking. Guests are unable to park in the complex. Close to campus but not within walking distance to any of the food areas in town.nnBest feature: this was one of the few complexes that allowed for short term housing for traveling worker.nWorst feature: no AC, which became a little unbearable in August.
