I've lived at Upper Pine since May and it's been an amazing experience. The views from my apartment are so beautiful, you can see for miles! There's plenty of natural light, the community is quiet, and our apartment is so cozy. We've had no issues with neighbors and management has been friendly and very responsive. They have been nothing but accommodating and helped us pick the perfect unit that would suit all of our needs. DABCO has been a wonderful company to rent from. We love this community and will be staying for the foreseeable future!

This company really cares about their properties and their tenants. The are very responsive with issues and they keep their properties very clean. All lots require parking passes so you don't have issues with too many cars and maintenance is on point. Highly recommend these apartments!

It is very nice place to live in with your family. As it is situated at higher altitude, the view of palouse landscape is very beautiful.

Apartments have bugs, and you will not get your security deposit back.

One of the worst experience. Think twice before renting Debco property. They will never give back your deposit. Not friendly staff.
