We had limited bad experiences with the DRA, all of them pertaining to staff being rude or hard to get a hold of. That said, all of our concerns were addressed, no checks were lost, and we got our full deposit back. We loved our house and it was a great price. Just like you would with any rental company, keep your receipts and be proactive!

Larry is the only reliable employee at this business. Everyone else, especially Cathy, will go behind your back to make sure they get more Money. Don’t expect your security deposit back even after you do the walk through with the employees where they say it looks great. Every time I had a meeting, appointment or a repair they would either show up late or not at all. They even left my apartment door wide open over Christmas break after doing a repair (that was done very poorly). It’s sad that this company is still operating and is abusing the student in Pullman.

I had taken myself off of the lease which two other people shared with me told them they could keep the deposit that I paid in full was moved out not living there for the remainder of the lease my ex roommate clean the entire house front to back up and down and they just charged all of us $2000. Not to mind you we had made complaints about the quality that the house was in there was vines growing out of my closet. The tub faucet came off and hit me while I was taking a shower. We couldn’t get the sink to go down.nWe reported all of this and not once did we ever get anybody to come over.nThey are just a bunch of con artist.

My daughter has rented it with them for last two years. You have to remember that they are a rental company with multiple houses to manage and take care of. Some of the properties and tenants are better than others. My only complaint could be that they could be a bit better with the maintance and upkeep of the places.nnHowever, we never had a single issue and they are very responsive when we had one. Great customer service every time I had any interaction with them.

DRA has always treated me very well and has always worked with my schedule. anytime i’ve had a problem with my apartment they’ve been quick to fix the issue. thank you for the great experience!!
