I have lived here for two years and have had nothing but amazing interactions with the staff. The ground crew keeps things nice and clean, and the office staff is always willing to help with any issue that you may have. Most of the Apartments are renovated by now and they did a great job replacing appliances and flooring. I couldn't be happier with the interactions i have had. One of the most reasonable priced places in Pullman aswell. These are one of the most sought after apartments for a reason!

Not terrible but not very good. Neighbors were noisy and regularly threw parties on the weekends which could last till 3 am. The grounds were unkempt and had broken glass shards, many pet owners never bothered to clean up neither did the maintenance crew choose somewhere else to live if you can afford it.

There have been several complaints about this company not giving back security deposits just because they don’t want to lose money. I moved out this year in MAY and I still haven’t received my deposit or overpaid rent money. I have called them various times to figure out the problem and all they say is “I’ll look into it” and now they don’t even respond to my calls. Also, the apartments are very cheaply up-kept. My fridge and my stove, stopped working a week after moving in and our heater wasn’t fixed for two months during the winter. When it was finally “fixed,” the next day it stopped working again. Also, the mold in the apartment is absurd and they just paint over it when someone else moves in. During the winter maintenance hit my car and when I confronted them about it all they said was “where is the proof” but their workers were the only ones “plowing” the snow that day. Overall, they just try to scam students out of their money by providing the cheapest services and when they (office and maintenance) are confronted they get very stand-offish, angry and shady instead of focusing on the issue at hand.

Very bad service, everyone there was rude. Hotel rooms were nasty, and the sheets were stained. I demand a refund, but they refuse to give me back my $800 that i spent on there hotel. Never go there it’s gross. Find a different hotel
