I have visited it few times, but my friend who lived there had nothing nice to say. They didn't clean the road and sidewalks all winter long. Plus, someone stole all her belongings from the dryer. She thought, it was an honest mistake and placed a note asking to return her load. After that, someone left one item from her clothing on a dryer. So, the place is horrible.

Close to the express bus stops. Very decent on the inside and pretty spacious. They always fix things super quick. All for super cheap rent.

This where my granddaughter resided while studying at Washington Statue University, Pullman, WA. It is convenient and well kept complex.

Parking lot is not big enough. People drive too fast on the turns.nApartments are better quality than most, especially for the price.nWould recommend for college students

Cheap rates, good management, quick and easy maintenance. The apartments are in pretty nice condition, with the exception of the linoleum floors. Snow maintenance is basically non existent....But overall, one of the better places to live, for the price, in Pullman.
