Living here has been the best experience. They come fully furnished which was something I was worried about, so it made it a lot easier because I didn't have to worry about couches or bringing my mattress. I really love living close to the gym, especially because they have a sauna which is really nice and warm especially in Pullman winters. Staff is super helpful and always really patient, especially with everything going on with COVID. Living here has been the best decision, and you can't go wrong. If I could give more than five stars I would!!!!

Great place to live in, the apartment is in the middle of downtown and close to WSU. That it takes less than 20 minutes to get there. The amenities are nice and the staff provides you little snacks to keep your fuel going through classes. When I received a large package from the mail, I couldn't bring it up to my apartment until one of the staff there help me carried it. The staff here are responsive and helpful. Would live here again 100/10!!!

Evolve is amazing! The staff is so friendly and helpful! The staff does an amazing job keeping the building clean especially right now due to COVID. I love how Evolve has a breakfast and coffee bar! The staff, Morgan, Maria and Jayden are always so nice! I love seeing Milo and Molly in the office when walk by the office too they are so cute!

Best apartment ever, takes really care of you and provides snacks for you. Really clean apartment and it seems like you’re in paradise everday

This place is horrible. They seem nice at the beginning but it's all a scam in order to get your money. If only I could give it 0. NOT WORTH
