We rented through Windermere a few years ago, and nothing about it was pleasant. There was a large leak in the bathroom ceiling (like, filling up a cooler during a storm) which they took forever to come fix, and even after that they had to come again to patch it up. The property had issues all over. We gave them a second chance and rented a different home, but we received none of our deposit back even after we shampooed the carpets, had the wood floors steam cleaned PLUS painstakingly painted any chips in the baseboards around the home. Don't waste your time.

I rented from Windermere in the past year and I had a great experience. I got the majority of my deposit back by following their guidelines for cleaning and returning the property to the same condition as I received it. The staff is very helpful when I had any maintenance requests and paying my rent online was so helpful. I would recommend Windermere Property Management if you are looking to rent in Pullman.

Renting from Windermere is awesome! They take payments online so I don't have to go to the office, and they always answer the phone. Nice!
