Worst experience eve, the rent is overpriced. Incapable management that gives off wrong information resulted in over $3k move out fees, avoid at all cost.

Will take your whole deposit even if you have photo proof of a clean apartment. Rooms were kind of run down and was pretty pricey for the area. Raised the rent part way through a lease agreement.

Poor parking, difficult to find specific buildings. That being said, the grounds and buildings look pleasant and are well maintained!

I've lived in Providence Court for three years. I didn't move because I enjoyed it. Lindsey at the front desk is friendly, helpful, and even makes every effort to learn the names of all the tenants. The grounds are also well kept, and the maintenance crew is fast and efficient when there's a problem.
