Great quality apartments, there were a few things that we had issues with such as our breaker going off when more than one thing was plugged in, and the dishwasher had to be replaced a few times. But management was pretty quick about getting to us. Great people working there. We also loved the well kept dog park.

If I could give no stars I would. I lived in the Pimlico apartments. They are some of the most unprofessional people I have ever worked with. Ever since the girl who was in the office when I first moved in, left the office my experience was awful. They never responded to emails, when I set up a time to sign and renew my lease no one showed up. I even came back early from winter break so that I would have a place to live for the up coming semester. I moved out in June 2020 and I sent tons of emails to figure out if I was going to get my deposit back, I finally had to call them to get it. And when I picked it up I noticed they didn't even attempt to send it to the forwarding address I had left. I also left a phone number if they had any issue mailing it.

I absolutely love working here. Some of the best coworkers! We are one big family and the comradery is amazing. We work together to keep grounds and apartments clean and beautiful. I would not choose any other place to be for work. The company cares about their people and their properties.

Very disappointed with my rental experience here; I do have to say, before the bad experience I explain in this post is a positive shout-out for the maintenance team here. They will respond to maintenance request quickly and they have all been very friendly and offer advice on how to keep things running smoothly. No complaints with them.nnThe reason I have rated my living experience here so low starts with our fridge is turning off randomly, overheating the groceries inside. We have had this problem numerous times, starting last summer, and were told that we would receive a new fridge only to then be told the emails were lost as well as the repayment emails of our groceries were lost and there was nothing they could do. This is a brand new apartment that has the floor peeling in multiple spots, there are cracks in the wall, the moulding around the floor is lifting in certain corners. This is only a few examples of many with the poor quality and customer service of this place. I have never felt the need to make a bad review of anywhere I have been or stayed. Just want to make sure people understand what they are signing up for here, if you've even read this far. Also I don't want any Dabco PR person to right on here that they feel bad and they'll do what they can to fix this, heard that already, and nothing changes because the PR person who writes those comments has no pull to make change. (We received a new fridge the Monday after I made this post on Birch Hills Google review, months after we were told we would be receiving a new one).

Really enjoyed living in Providence Court apartment complex. Fantastic location, good price, and modern carpet and appliances (So much nicer than the WSU Chinook apartments). Maintenance team was helpful and even put in a brand new dishwasher when I complained that the existing one was too old!
