I lived in Valley View Apartment (Apt 39) for three years and I highly recommend Apartment Rentals to anyone seeking a comfortable and peaceful place to live. As an international student, I was very anxious about renting an apartment in US since I wasn't familiar with the rules and regulations. However, the incredible support of the Apartment Rentals staff made Pullman a home for me. They were always very welcoming, warm, and friendly and eager to help. I didn't have to worry about anything. I had a very pleasant stay at Valley View and I am really grateful to all the staff members for making this experience memorable for me.

I had a wonderful one year living at these apartments! Due to the events of the pandemic 2020, I was unable to move out in-person, but the front office was more than helpful during the trying times. I would highly recommend this establishment because they have a very human and personal approach to renting.

I applied to live in these rentals on July 27 and was told that I would receive a response by the following Monday. They cashed my check and never notified me off anything. I found out from the person that I going to sublet from that i wasn't chosen. That's ok, but they never ran my credit score (I have alerts set up for that) or contacted my references. I called this morning 8-9-2020 to inquire about the lack of communication and the young lady that answered the phone was once again short and rude. She said that I would receive a call today from the leasing agent. There has been no single call today. I have been a resident of Pullman for 25 years, I just sold my place and was looking for a short term rental until I secure a new forever home. I feel sorry everyone that lives at your properties and especially all the students that give you $30 for an application fee and that you never follow through with. You should be ashamed that you run your business this way and I will inform everyone that I meet to not rent from your company. My son was a tenant for 2 years and it was great! He was happy there, location was great and management was very friendly and easy to deal with! Never had any issues!

I have been a tenant with them for a little over a year now, while I have not had any problems with them I also have had no major concerns. I am giving three star's because maintenance this summer has been severely lacking and they have only mowed/weeded our lawn area's once making the grass nearly two feet tall. Additionally, snow removal could be handled more competently. On the plus side they are flexible if rent is going to be a few days let as long as you give them a call, and will work with pets.
