I live in the C street apartments, a one bedroom, and it is a really great unit to live in! They’re right on campus so you’re close to everything, and they are so nice and at a good price point. The landlord, Tom, is an exceptional guy and I’ve loved leasing with him. He really takes care of his tenants and is so sweet. Being a tenant under him has been amazing :)

Tom is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and that is what makes him the best landlord. Tom genuinely cares about each and every tenant and never fails to make you smile. The C Street apartments are very clean and extremely close to campus. Tom is always working on upgrading the apartments so he can give his tenants a wonderful place to live. I will always recommend renting through Crimson Properties because Tom is the best!!

Tom with Crimson Properties has made my first renting experience easy and amazing. He is quick to respond to messages and is always on top of repairs and maintenance. His properties are quality and he truly cares about the happiness of his tenants on the properties. 10/10 would recommend to first time and all renters looking for housing in the Pullman area.

Tom with crimson properties has been a fantastic landlord. He is responsive, timely with repairs and maintenance, and always friendly and excited to see his tenants. The apartments are close to campus and parking is included, which saves money on parking passes! I've loved living on C street and would recommend to everyone!!

I rented from Crimson Properties for over four years. I loved my apartment and my landlord Tom was always communicative and responsive to any questions. In the four years I lived with Crimson Properties, I had no issues, rent was always fair, and I lived in a super convenient location. I highly recommend anyone rent from Tom and the Crimson Properties apartments.
