Honestly so disappointed. It's almost impossible to get ahold of someone to get information and everyone working there seems clueless. You pay way more than it's worth and you get charged for any little thing. Worst apartment I'm definitely not renting from them again, it's not worth the trouble they give you

These people are crooks. They’ll find any excuse to charge you at move out, even if you documented the issue at the time you move in. We had pictures of scuffed walls, unclean kitchen, carpet stains when we moved our daughter in. We emailed all of those pictures to the leasing agent so they were aware at move in. At move out they charged for cleaning, repairing and repainting all of these issues. We followed up with the documentation again from move in and they disregarded it all and charged us anyway. DO NOT RENT FROM COUG HOUSING!!! Terrible people.

**After reaching out, Horizon Realty (new managers) corrected the mistake very promptly. I altered to reflect my experience during the time I rented from them, but left the original review as reference.They have a very friendly leasing staff and some nice properties to choose from. Generally a bit more expensive than the other rental agencies, but do provide a bit higher customer care in terms of maintenance requests etc..***nnI used to have generally positive things to say about Coug Housing. They used to do free breakfast and coffee, unsure if they do that anymore.nn4 years after moving out of an apartment, they sent me a bill for 'damages' that had already been settled via discussion with their management immediately after I moved out. They are now threatening to send me to collections if I don't pay $37... I received no communications up until this point that I was expected to pay this since we had already determined I didn't owe the damages and my account was considered settled. It looks like a new rental company had bought them out and now may be trying to settle up the old books? I am unsure. I cannot get a hold of anyone that has knowledge of this account and everyone that worked there when I was a resident appears to not work there any longer.

The best housing company in Pullman. Although the prices are higher than most places, you pay for what you get. The customer service is awesome and the maintenance team is always friendly, and quick to fix anything. The amenities are just a bonus to living here and I would recommend their housing to anyone.

Coug Housing has been great to work with! Compared to other property management company’s throughout the Pullman area, Coug Housing stands alone as the most helpful and trustworthy group of people to rent from. Chris Keen is always available to answer any questions and deal with any issues!
