I have loved my experience at Red Robin! Our server was incredible! No matter how many questions I asked or wanted another refill of something. She was willing to go above and beyond. Red Robin has a variety of gluten-free options and I love that I can get my burger wrapped in lettuce.

We waited a little too long after being seated before someone (server) came out and saw us. She was very nice though and was attentive throughout. Burger was fine but it lacked some flavor and the french fries were undercooked in the middle & outside was a little dry as if not fresh, maybe made many hours before and just reheated. The unsweetened iced tea was excellent and fresh with generous amount of fresh lemon wedges.

Burger are insanely overpriced for what they are. The tavern burgers are absolutely tiny and overpriced, they don't really taste that great either. The gourmet burgers are incredibly overpriced at like 17$ when they really aren't that great. Steak fries are ok, nothing special. The sweet potato fries are about what anyone could expect, they were good because they are impossible to completely screw up. I had a 50% off coupon and I still don't feel like I got my moneys worth. Wouldn't recommend, just go anywhere else.

We ordered online, I ordered a Royal Burger with the Impossible Pattyn(I'm allergic to beef) Ordered with lettuce wrap and the onion rings.nMy husband ordered the same thing but with beef, pink on bun, FF.nYes I know I should have ordered something different... Really why?nSo when we opened up, the one marked w/ FF on container, It had onion rings in it, and on a bun. What has just happened? My husbands was in the one without the markings, (we think it was his, who knows.) So I called and they couldn't tell me which was which, of course not! Then my husband was eating his burger and inside his container, under the burger was the tooth pick with impossible on it! Really Red Robin! Don't Ever Order online! It's a mess!! I think they were in to much of a hurry, (the take out counter that is!) Pay attention to details! Yes they gave me a refund, as of now that is what they said they would do.. Let's hope they follow through. We are giving this a 2 star, only because the young lady that brought out our food was very nice, don't hurt the messenger!
