Laundry... A great place some friendly faces but above all is price is clean. I new car watch is being installed ,I can't wait. Cars need to be clean to. If you have a problem there's always someone there to help.

I've used this place for years. Usually, I never have a problem. Just used a big machine, paying extra for an extra wash n rinse. Timer said 41mins, as usual. Set my alarm clock for 35mins. Needed time to clean a cart before use. Came back in 36mins to find the machine already done :-/ Told the attendant, who just shrugged, saying they're all different times. Not Cool... She knows I'm a regular, n not a thief. Dunno how much more I paid for the extra cycles, but I didn't get them. When pressed, she failed to offer a refund. That's not how you retain customers. Thinking of escalating this. Never met the owner, but need to hear back from him.

02/11/19 - The owner is correct, PNC put a pending $10.00 charge and then changed (lowered) it to $2.50. I have NO IDEA why it is done this way. I was not ripped off as I thought. I apologize to this owner, given today's biz climate we all tend to think the worst... lesson learned here!nn02/08/19. The price is clearly posted $2.50 for 4 minutes. I swiped my credit card as opposed to putting in 10 quarters. The next day I checked my VISA account on-line. My VISA card (me) was charged $10.00 or 15 cents a second! NOT $2.50 but $10.00 what a scam and rip off! Oh, I know, it's something I did wrong because THEY wouldn't rip me off... No they wouldn't do a thing like that...it is my fault! I used the wand in a bay to QUICKLY wash off salt & road filth after all the rain this week. I didn't use soap or anything, just high pressure water for 2 -1/2 minutes or 150 seconds. I pressed STOP on the blinking lighted button and then left. Again, all I wanted to do was get the worst crud off before I went home.
