Poor skilled stylist. Got a terrible cut even when I described properly. It was not just the style, it was the execution too
Great cut by Brandi every time!
I got my haircut about month and a half ago, but I just want to write this to warn others of not coming here anymore. The people hired here are very unprofessional. I showed them a picture of the haircut I wanted and made it clear that I wanted it just like that, but somehow the lady messed up anyways. Also the lady that did my hair didn’t even line up the edges correctly like in the photo I showed her she just shaved my hair and cut it with very little effort, so if you plan to come here just hope they will leave you satisfied with your hair.
My mom got her hair cut here after months of wanting to get one and it was uneven and shorter than she wanted. I ended up cutting her hair to fix it and managed to get it far more even and way better looking that someone who was supposedly trained to do so.
Great customer service and COVID guidelines followed.
