Subway

If I could rate this a 0 I would. I’ve been to this subway several times. It’s my favorite place to eat. They recently hired 2 new employees and both seem to be there every time I order. Today drew the line. The new hire her name is mya. She put my signature wrap in the toaster. wrap and everything. I didn’t receive my Guacamole and they wrapped it super loose so everything falls out. Not only did that happen. She had messed up another order of mine. They had also charged me for a turkey instead of a tuna sandwich. I’m not going back to this store. The people who also have work there know me personally but choose to focus more on me than making my food.

Horrible customer service got hung up on by Linda , online it stated store was open until 8pm and apparently they had closed early for a meeting. Online still charged me and I was calling to find out if they had received my order. Linda seem to be upset because I was trying to find out how will I get refunded for this and as I asked her what time the store open she hung up on me.... wow while having a meeting with team members. I guess this is what she’s showing them to do is to hang up on customers....

Subway employees are doing well and great taking precautions, thank you Subway and employees 👍❤ keep it up and 💯real

This is the ONLY Subway I will go to in Albuquerque. I come to eat here 2 or 3 times a month. The ladies who work here are ALWAYS nice. They always greet us when we come in and thank us when we leave. They hustle when they have a line, apologize for the wait, and thank us for our patience. It is ALWAYS clean and the food always looks fresh. I just went today and one of the girls was making me a sandwich and she stopped to sign for a package. She immediately changed her gloves after. Great service and amazing fresh food! I have not had any bad experiences here! I love eating here!
