I placed a mobile order, and once I get to the store I realize they was closed. There was a sign on the door that said they were closed due to unforeseen circumstances, and mobile orders would be refunded the next day. It's been two weeks and still no refund... I've tried to get in touch with a manager which has been difficult. It should not be my responsibility to go on a wild goose hunt to get my money back...

Store closes at 7. We were told at 625 that "theres no guarantee" when there were two people in front of us. Ive been in customer service for many years, my job has never ended when the clock says so. This location needs a lesson in service. I dont expect you to stay late. Just dont be rude to me when I come in over a half an hour before close.

Uhh. Tuna was old and dry like it was made a couple days ago! And there was just no love in the way they prepared a sandwich..
